At a certain high school in Hiroshima is a student named Makoto. She's a third year high school girl who loves science fiction, and has been imaginative since she was little - despite he poor grades. In junior high school she fell in love with a tuna robot in a commercial. However, she fails her mock exams for college crushing her dreams.
