The Werewolf Game: Crazy Fox (2015)

High school girl Ayaka is playing the werewolf game and draws the "fox" card. With the fox card, she wins only if she is the sole survivor at the end of the game. But, she's fallen for one of the guys in the game and strategizes how to survive together with him.
